“The Magician and The Snake” by Mike Mignola and his daughter Katie Mignola (io9)
This whole thing is beautiful. Only six pages. Go read now.
Wonderful. Reminds me of Saint-Exupéry’s ‘The Little Prince’.
More Mignola dream team collaborations forthcoming? One can hope.
Revisiting an old story, because it somehow became important to me.
Just stumbled on this amazing, beautiful, brilliant art by 70% ethanol.
Seriously though, I’m reading everything of his now.
This Was Our Pact is finished and I put the whole thing on my site so you can read it for free!
Thank you to everyone who’s been sharing it and reblogging it along the way!
GO READ RYAN ANDREWS
this is really, really good. i’m in the middle of it now.

Okay, so Gingerhaze just answered someone’s question about webcomics she liked, and this was on the list.
It’s called Best Friends Forever and it is the cutest goddamn thing ever, and it’s described as a bromantic dramedy.
That’s it. Just a couple of bros broing out. One’s a stereotypical jock and the other is a tiny Asian fellow (stereotypical “nerd”), and they are best of bros.

I can’t wait for Domitille Collardey’s new Wreckhall Abbey webcomic to begin. It seems like my whole Twitter is talking about it, in between talking about the Mars robots. She’s rolling out previews very cleverly, both at the Tumblr site and via Twitter. If you’re not already familiar with her work, it’s great.
