I’m sorry for all the text posts recently. I get very excited about research. Which I should be doing right now.
These are from a day of hanging out in the kitchen and watching my dad make our Christmas traditions—the heinous Christmas butter cookies (the dough is very fickle) and the slightly less complicated candied nuts.
I love food science. Clearly. Chocolate science is not quite as interesting as caramel science, but it’s still pretty dang cool.
Maybe I should do a food science posts as well…
