Eames: The Architect and the Painter
Y’all likely know what an Eames chair is, and have sat in seemingly infinite varieties. This documentary is about the husband-and-wife duo, Ray and Charles Eames, who created the chair, and seriously revolutionized modern design, photography, and film. And interior decorating. They are also the sweetest real-life love story, but that is incidental.
The film itself has gorgeous design as well, which… I would hope so, but yes, you should watch it. On Instant Netflix! Yeah!
